The City of Canton intends to contract for design of the Cleveland Avenue NW Water Main Replacement Project and the Spangler Street NE Area Water Main Replacement Project.  

The professional services needed under this request for qualifications are engineering design services.  This may include, but is not limited to, development and evaluation of alternatives, preparation of cost estimates, surveying, preparation of detailed construction plans and specifications, utility coordination, and obtaining regulatory approvals.
