Equal product will be evaluated, but vendor must provide a sample no later than May 3, 2019, 3:00 P.M. Sample product must include a side-by-side comparison of specifications and manufacturer warranty. See attached substitution request form that must also be included. If vendor plans to provide a substitution request, the sample shall be provided at the expense of the vendor.

Question: Your request is asking for 1950 each on one item and 2860 each on the other(consumables) Are you asking for 1950 cases and 2860 cases of said item?
Response: The Quote is for each.

Question: The bid description seems vague. Are you looking for cases of said products or single boxes? Also do you have a delivery schedule? For example is this a one time bid or how many deliveries per year do you require? Last question, do you have previous tabulation on this bid Thank you,
Response: Consumable products can be quoted as a price per case with the individual price, qty per case noted and will be reordered as needed. The dispensers are a one time purchase with individuals being ordered as needed. This is the first time we are quoting this quantity so there is no previous tabulation.
