Hays State University seeks proposals from qualified testing agencies to
perform special testing and inspections on the Center for Student Success
project. This project consists of one
new 46,000 GSF structure. The new
construction is a steel frame building.
Foundation system for the new building is Rammed Aggregate piers. Structural system is steel frame with metal
deck and concrete floor. Roof framing is
also steel framing with metal deck. This project is expected to mobilize in early March,
2020, with project completion scheduled for June 1, 2021.
