Response: Good morning the location is at 3363 West Park Place Pensacola Fla 32505 on an existing concrete slab that is 4" thick.

Question: The structure is asked to be " ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE SIGNED CERTIFIED PLANS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA ZIP CODE 32505 BUILDING WIND LOAD STANDARDS." You ask to be placed on an existing concrete slab. The wind loading is designed based upon the resistance of the concrete foundation that is existing and not designed with the specific building requested. Please provide the existing concrete foundation design for the building uplift request. I believe that a foundation will need to be provided to have the building meet the FBC 2017 wind code.
