REQUEST FOR WRITTEN QUOTATION
Date: 19 February 2018
Sahuarita School District is requesting a written quotation from your company (on company
letterhead) for the following supplies or services.
1) Five Mikrotik routers running RouterOS (or equivalent) to route traffic between campuses and provide
firewall functions. This includes replacement of equipment in the case of an outage or EOL in a timely manner.
2) The installation and support of an Auvik appliance (or equivalent) and agent licenses for 125 switches that
SUSD #30 will monitor and configure.
This support agreement must include hardware or replacement parts as needed, including software
remediation of identified issues, end user support, training, backup, restoration and recovery. An hourly rate
should also be specified for work that is not directly related to the included services.
It is expected that the agreement will include the following timelines:
1) Critical - 2 hour response
2) Urgent - 4 hours/next business day
3) High - within 24 hours
4) Normal - within 48 hours
5) Low - as available
Service starting 1 July 2018.
