For the mulch application are we responsible for the cost ofproduct along with the labor, or is this similar to the specifications for thesprinklers that we supply labor and highlands county will pay with thecost? Vendor is responsible for the cost of productand labor.
Similar question with the dead plant replacement, willhighlands county pay for the materials and we supply the labor included in themonthly price, or are we responsible for the cost of product along with labor? County will pay for any replacement plants but not the labor.
Fertilization question, on the bid package it specified thedates for application, but does the fertilization have to be granular or can itbe liquid application? Either isokay.
Do we need to fertilize areas where most of the coverage isweed with sand? Yes
Are we responsible for the cost of the fertilizer aswell? Yes
