Addition 1

Name: A question was asked about who would be providing gaskets, if they need to be replaced.

Overview:

Escambia County Facilities Management does not stock an extensive array of boiler repair parts, but in the past we have provided a part that was in stock to a contractor doing  boiler service work.  A contractor could put on their proposal -Addition repair parts & labor (if needed) will be an additional cost.

Addition 2

Name: A question was asked: The pricing form is broken down by facility. Are we to assume it will be an all or nothing? Obviously pricing it as a lot job and then dividing it equitably is the best way for me. If we treat it like individual jobs we don’t have the benefit of combining service trips etc. Just wanted to be sure I understood how the contract will be let.

Overview: The quote is broke down by facility to make it easier for the contractor to quote based upon distance to facility, amount of boilers at facility, arrangement of boilers at facility ect.  The proposal will be for all boilers at all facilities for one total price per proposal.

Amount: $12,840.00
