Description:
The
Jefferson County Housing Authority is seeking Architectural services for Modernization
of Public Housing Units and Facilities, funded by Capital Funds grants for budget year 2019. The work includes but is not limited to:
Waste Water Treatment Plant Replacement, and Roof Replacement. The architects
shall provide all required professional services for the cost effective design
solutions and energy efficiency, including the preparation of drawings and
technical specifications to accomplish same. The work includes but is not
limited to design of projects; overseeing the bidding process, inspection of
materials, and workmanship during construction; and certification that
construction is performed in accordance with construction documents.
