Do the tonnages and pulls  in table 1-1 reflect 2020 with all convenience centers operating?   YES

Can I get a copy of the current contract, and all addendums that reference all terms for the entirety of the contract?  You will need to fill out a FOI for all of this information.

  1. Does the county own all of the cardboard compactors at each facility?      Yes, the county owns the cardboard compactors at the convenience centers.

  2. If so are there a back-up containers for those compactors that may be used to swap, instead of dump and return?    Yes, there are back-up containers for swap out.

  3. Will the drivers have access after hours, if so what times are available? Yes, drivers will be allowed unlimited access to the centers to perform contracted work.
  4. Is the county currently in any purchasing agreements for recyclable material whereas the material must go to that buyer?  If so is there an option in the agreement to move to a secondary buyer if specific conditions are or are not met?  The only commitment is delivering the glass to Glass WRX SC, which is detailed in the RFP.  All other commodities can go anywhere except the landfill.
