each facility? Yes, the county owns
the cardboard compactors at the convenience centers.
- If so are there a back-up containers for those
compactors that may be used to swap, instead of dump and return? Yes, there are
back-up containers for swap out.
- Will the drivers have access after hours, if so what
times are available?
- Is the county currently in any purchasing agreements
for recyclable material whereas the material must go to that
buyer? If so is there an option in the agreement to move to a
secondary buyer if specific conditions are or are not met?
